H.macdo Paper Co. is a creative studio by illustrator and surface pattern designer Heather Kellie Freeman, offering whimsical greeting cards, art prints, customizable journals, and pattern collections inspired by coastal life along the Long Island Sound. In addition to my handmade stationery, I offer personalized gifts and custom paper goods in my Etsy shop, as well as home décor and fabric featuring my surface patterns on Spoonflower. What began as a small stationery line has grown into a multi-disciplinary brand known for modern, hand-drawn artwork with a touch of vintage charm.
About Heather
Hi! I’m an illustrator and surface pattern designer based in Rye, NY, creating artwork for stationery, home goods, fabric, and lifestyle products. Using a mix of watercolor, ink, and digital techniques, I create joyful, nature-inspired artwork featured on fabric, home décor, seed packets, and greeting cards for local shops throughout Westchester. Along the way, I have partnered with Papyrus Stores, licensed with Natural Roots Fabrics and created art work for seed packets with Sow True Seeds. Locally, I’m proud to support my community through partnerships with ArtsWestchester, the Rye Historical Society, The Rye Art Center, the Rye Farmer’s Market and charitable efforts with SOUL RYEDERS.
